The County of Madison and its Emergency Management Agency/CSEPP, located in Richmond, Kentucky, are accepting proposals from qualified firms to construct an Emergency Storage Building.

An original and three (3) copies and two (2) electronic copies for a total of four (4) hard copies and two (2) electronic copies of the proposal must be clearly labeled “Emergency Storage Building” and submitted to Madison County Fiscal Court no later than 4:00 PM Eastern on September 28, 2023, at:
