The County of Madison and its Emergency Management Agency, located in Richmond, Kentucky, are accepting proposals from qualified vendors for the creation and distribution of Shelter-in-Place (SIP) kits.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 9:30 a.m. (ET) on May 23, 2019 at 558 S. Keeneland Drive, Richmond, KY. Vendors must have a representative present to be considered.

The Madison County Fiscal Court (MCFC) is accepting sealed bids on Deicing Road Salt until Wednesday, May 22, 2019. Bids shall be submitted on bid form provided below. No other bids will be considered. Madison County Fiscal Court is accepting proposals for a contract for the design-build or the design, construction, finance, and maintenance of facilities to house its substance use detox, treatment, and addiction recovery services program (herein referred to as the “Healing Center”) in Madison County, Kentucky, per the requirements and specifications in this Request for Proposals (RFP).  There are two project alternatives: Project A and Project B.  Each Project has two options for bidding: a bid for design, construction, finance, and maintenance; and a bid for design-build only.

This RFP asks for a proposal with a price bid for both options of both Projects, for a total of four price bids. As explained in more detail in the RFP, these are the options that the Madison County Fiscal Court is considering:

  • Option 1. Project A, design-build-finance-maintain;
  • Option 2. Project A, design-build only;
  • Option 3. Project B, design-build-finance-maintain; and
  • Option 4. Project B, design-build only.
