Madison County Ending Recycle Pilot Program

Madison County Fiscal Court piloted a recycle program and authorized your neighborhood as a pilot recycle curbside pickup location.  Upon review of the pilot program and in light of the recent changes at our drop off site in Lexington as well as international developments in the reduced demand for American recycle product, the Fiscal Court unanimously voted to stop curbside recycle effective immediately.

Today was your final day of curbside recycle pickup.  We request that you place your empty recycle bins to the curb on your normally schedule day for pickup during the week of July 22-26, 2019.
