The Madison County Health Department extends many services and programs to all residents of Madison County. These services are designed to promote the health and welfare of our community, and many of them are free to the general public. All fishing and hunting licenses are issued by the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources. Licenses can be purchased at any locally registered bait and tackle shop, large retail chains like Walmart and Meijer and at the Berea and Richmond County Clerk Offices.
