Madison County keeps an updated record of road closures within the county, and the Road Department strives to keep all county roads accessbile for all of its residents. If your road has not yet been plowed, please fill out the Report a Problem or Request Services form below to provide details about your particular road. Madison County only provides snow plow services for roads outside the city limits of Richmond and Berea.
Make use of our TRACKS snow plow tracking system during siginificait snow events. TRACKS allows you to see where our snow fleet is currently working and will also show you where we have treated roads.
